  Big news for a party: We met with the Lieutenant State Trooper yesterday. He told us that the area we have for the race downtown does NOT have an open container law!!! You will be allowed to drink on the streets during the event. He said they do not want to see anyone riding a bike with a beer in their hand because that is drinking and driving in Texas
